We are living in a prophetic time. As the Jewish nation worldwide prepares to celebrate the festival of Purim. The joyous remembrance of God's miraculous salvation of His people in ancient Persia. The Spirit of God is stirring something in the hearts of women everywhere. The message is urgent, beautiful, and unmistakable: it is time to arise.

In Episode 4 of Women Voices on JustGospel Radio's Joyful Journey Home, prophetic and intercessory voice Priscilla brought a stirring word directly from the heart of God, anchored in the extraordinary story of Queen Esther, an orphaned Jewish girl who walked in humility, prepared herself, and stepped boldly into her God-ordained royal identity to save an entire nation.

"I want you to be reminded that you are a daughter of the Most High God. He is calling you to listen intently to the voice of your first love as He calls you into His chambers of relationship and a place of preparing."

The Story That Speaks to Your Season

The book of Esther tells the story of the amazing salvation of God's people through the obedience of one woman who knew her God. She did not walk alone. She walked in reverence, in the knowledge of who He was, and is, and always will be comforted by a love that will never cease. Her faith helped her overcome every worldly influence, and in making one courageous choice, she brought life not only to herself but to her entire nation.

This, Priscilla reminded listeners, is exactly what God is saying to women today. The enemy's first strategy is always to steal your identity, to convince you that you have no purpose, no place, no power. But God is faithful. He raises us up when we seek Him, and He reveals amazing things to those who wait on Him.

He Is Calling You Into His Chambers

As we draw closer to the season of Purim, the Lord's message to His daughters is one of intimate invitation. He is not calling you to perform. He is not calling you to impress. He is calling you to draw near, to come aside, to be prepared, to allow Him to work in the deepest places of your heart so that when the moment comes, you will step out in obedience and boldness into everything He has prepared for you.

"Draw me after you; let us run. The king has brought me into his chambers."

Song of Solomon 1:4

For so many women, Priscilla observed, the season we are in is one of decision. Crossroads. Moments where life and death hang in the balance, not always physically, but in choices of direction, calling, relationships, and purpose. To every woman standing at that crossroads today, the Lord is not silent. He is speaking. And what He is saying is this:

"Rise up my darling, come away with me, my fair one. Look, the winter is past and the rains are over and gone. The flowers are springing up, the season of singing birds has come, and the cooing of turtle doves fills the air. The fig trees are forming young fruits and the fragrant grapes are blooming."

Song of Solomon 2:10–13

Your Winter Is Over

Do you hear it? The Lover of your soul is not speaking seasons of lack over you. He is calling you out of the winter out of the waiting, the wounding, the silence into the fullness of a new season. This is a word of timing. Ecclesiastes 3 reminds us that there is a time and a season for everything. Your time of preparation is not wasted. It is the very thing that will make you ready.

And when you rise when you step into who He has made you to be the promise of Psalm 27 becomes your declaration:

"The Lord is my light and my salvation whom shall I fear? One thing I have desired of the Lord, that I may seek after: that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, to behold the beauty of the lover of my soul."

Psalm 27:1, 4

For Such a Time as This

Carlett Badenhorst, hosting the episode, put it with characteristic boldness: "I've been born for a specific time. I've been born to be here right now. If I was born a little bit earlier or a little bit later, I would have missed my purpose." The Scripture confirms it, God knew you before you were formed in your mother's womb. Your timing is no accident. Your location is no accident. The street you live in, the family you were placed in, the community around you — none of it is random. You were born to change the atmosphere of the exact place God put you.

Priscilla closed with a final prophetic charge, drawing the thread of Esther, of Purim, and of God's love for both His covenant people and all who are grafted in through Christ, one new man, no division, no animosity, but the fullness of all that God has for His people together.

"Be like Queen Esther. Step into your ordained, godly identity and make a difference in society in your community, in your family, wherever God has placed you. Praise goes a long way. When you call upon the Lover of your soul and go into the chambers, nothing can hinder you. God is for you who can be against you?"

Arise — You Were Made for This

Ladies, this is your moment. The winter is over. The season of birds has come. The One who made you, who knew you before the world began, who placed you exactly here, He is standing at the door of your heart and saying: Rise up, my darling. Come away with me.

Do not look to the voices around you. Look to the Voice within. And as you step out in faith, in obedience, in the boldness that comes from time spent in His presence, know this: you are not alone, you are not too late, and you are not too small. You are a daughter of the Most High King. And He has prepared a place at His table in His story with your name on it.

We will arise. We have to arise. We don't have a choice but to arise.
